Rental Rates 2016-17
Lower Level: $100 per hour
Upper Level: $200 per hour
Wedding Package: $2,500 for 12 hours or less. Ceremony-only charged at regular rates (three-hour minimum).
A fee of $25 per hour will be charged for set-up and clean-up for all rentals except wedding packages.
A damage deposit of $600 is required for all rentals.
The Wauwatosa Woman’s Club is a historic clubhouse with two separate areas available for rent, one on the first floor and one on the second. The building has a non-cooking kitchen, air conditioning, and an elevator providing handicap access.
The facility is an excellent venue for Weddings, Business Meetings, Seminars, Anniversaries, Showers, Classes, Family Gatherings, Lectures, Concerts, Dances, Recitals, Fundraisers, Luncheons, Dinner Auctions, Style Shows, and many other events.
The upper level has a ballroom featuring a fireplace and a stage with a grand piano. A comfortable 8’ x 6’ lounge area is located at the front of the 45’ x 55’ ballroom. A Grand Staircase leads from the front entrance on the first floor to the second floor.
The main room has a fireplace and a grand piano. The 31’ x 42’ area is adjacent to the foyer leading to the Grand Staircase and the front entrance.
The building has two restrooms located at the front of the lower level, one for gentlemen and one for ladies. Both are handicapped accessible. There are facilities for coats on the first and second levels.
Wedding Package: Maximum of 12 hours for $2,500. Includes ballroom, lower level and outdoor patio.
Wedding setup: 60″ round tables, fan-back chairs with padded seats, 8′ tables for food service at no additional charge. Stage with grand piano in ballroom. Lower level also has grand piano. Patio area (25’x30′) with tables/chairs. Linens and other décor are not included. Club representative on site during event.
